Down to 2!!!

Thea learing to ride with out traning wheels. We try a few times but she wasn't doing so well so we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Bowles house and went down the hill in the back yard so she could get used to balancing the she could start to pedeal at the bottom. She took to it really fast and had lots of fun going down the hill. Once she was doing good we went out front and just ziped around. This was about two weeks ago and has now moved up to her big girl bike, she used Andys old bike to learn to ride it's smaller then hers. We've been going on bike rides almost every day. To the WonderWood Park, Target and Fred Myers, and just around town for fun shes doing great she still falls sometimes but is such a trooper just jumps up and gets back on!

Logan loves to close any door that he can find so he closed me out of the yard and loved it!

Fresh Veggies Here We Come!

Drilling holes in the bottom of all the buckets so the water could drain I think Corey got to do maybe one with out help. Thea and Donovan loved using the drill

Thea was able to to a few buckets by herself!

So I don't' know why these pic wont go the right way but.... this is the kids adding rocks to every bucket to help with water draining

I used tomato plants that had already be started, every body told me that they have a really hard time starting tomato's from seeds.
Logan did want to help plant the plants the seeds he wanted to eat not plant.

Again with the sideways.......... all of our plant in there buckets 14 buckets in all.

we have pumpkins orange and white, sunflowers, watermelon that Thea had to have so I thought we'd give it a try, pepper, carrots, lettuce, zucchini, onions, tomato's, purple corn
and we'll plant the pee in a few weeks.

We're all looking froward to watching every thing grow and having our own veggies!

Spring Sun

We love the sun shine! And we've had a few day of it, make me wish for summer even harder. We BBQed with a good friend and the kids played out side. The kids and I went to my moms and I got a table and chairs for the kids all painted. With a lot of help from one little one, Logan but his arm in the paint bucket and then he did it again with the paint brush and almost ate it but stopped at the last min. So he spent the rest of the day in on of Thea's pink dress up shirt. But it worked out great for jumping and playing in the mud puddles that Thea and Donovan made in the yard. The kids love being in the sun all morning long and all have sun kissed cheeks and necks. We borrowed Connie and Allan's bikes and wagon that you can pull with the bike and have been bike riding. Thea has been doing so good I think she's almost ready for no training wheels, the boys love riding behind. I thought Logan wouldn't like it he cryed when i put him in but as soon as we started moving he loved it and smiled the whole time. It's been great to have some family time out side. I hope the sun stays for much longer but this being Washington I don't think it will, but we'll enjoy it while we can.

I wanted to say Thank You to my wonderful hubby! My Mothers Day was great, sleeping in late, breakfast in bed, a super cute new dress from Donovan a cute card from Thea, really cute earrings from the love of my life. Allan watched the kids so we could go on a really nice ride, it was great I even got a little tan on my face for a day it's gone now....to bad it looked good for the 4 hours it was there. And then a great dinner at home. I loved it what a wonderful Mothers Day I could not have asked for more. My family is so good to me I loved just having the day with them they are the light of my life and bring me so much happiness. Corey your so much more then I could ever need I love You! Thanks for a great day I love you all!
